Development Control Section

1. Ensure perfect land use planning in the Council area.
2. Planning to develop and strengthen the physical and urban development of the city.
3. Ensuring a balanced, economically and socially balanced development plan.
4. Responsible for processing applications for licensing permission based on the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act (Act 172). Implementing the provisions of the Road, Drainage and Building Act (Act 133) relating to building misuse.
